Resurrection Sunday

On Palm Sunday the crowds expected a military king, but through His death and resurrection Jesus accomplished something far greater—uniting us with Himself so that our old sinful nature died with Him and we are raised into a new life of righteousness. Through this new identity, the church now displays God’s wisdom and declares to the powers that sin and the devil no longer rule over us.
