Guest speaker Jachin Pendleton, Director of United for the Least of These and Senior Leader at The Refuge House of Prayer, shared a powerful message titled “The DNA of God: Trusting His Goodness Amidst Loss.” Drawing from his missionary experiences in Afghanistan, Jachin reminded us that the very nature—or DNA—of God is to bring abundant life (John 10:10), even when circumstances seem to contradict it. He challenged us to give up our right to understand, to resist blaming God in times of loss, and to hold fast to the truth that God’s goodness and mercy follow us (Psalm 23:6).
